Wednesday Schedule Snow Storm Update

Due to the impending snow storm we will be altering our TARGETRAINING Schedule on Wednesday 2/10/10 as follows.


- We will be taking personal training appointments till 11:00AM.

- We will canceling all classes after the 8:30AM cycling session.
